Not last weekend but the one before I was at the design*sponge event at Anthropologie on Granville here in Vancouver. As usual, Hugo was my date for the evening.

I was thrilled to meet Grace Bonney, inspiration to many. She was sweet, down to earth & as gorgeous in real life as she looks here.

I was thrilled to get my DESIGN*SPONGE AT HOME book signed by Grace.

I was thrilled to be using my creative side in the craft event & thrilled to be at Anthropologie drinking champagne cocktails & eating cupcakes.

I blogged about anticipating it in late September {here}. Did I mention I was thrilled. Yup. I was.

design*sponge in Vancouver

I am so excited! I haven't posted in forever because life has been hectic but I HAVE to put something up because I am so excited. I got tickets to the design*sponge event coming to Anthropologie in Vancouver.

I was on the wait list & got an email this morning that I am in. My sister, Leah {who writes her Tiddly Bits Blog}, gave me Grace Bonney's book so I'll bring that to get an autograph. Will be meeting up with Ash & Sarah from Spread Love Events which will make the evening so much more fun. A couple of other girlfriends are on the waitlist. Fingers crossed we all get in.
