Halloween may be over but we are still on a bit of a sugar high over here. Many houses were very generous with their treats, some places giving out full-size candy bars & pop. THRILLING!! Sebastian & Paulina took in a sizeable haul which was soon sorted:

Thanksgiving, Halloween & fall in general always puts the colour orange front & centre for many of us. "Orange combines the energy of red & the happiness of yellow. It is associated with joy, sunshine & the tropics... Orange is a very hot colour, so it gives the sensation of heat...(but) is not as aggressive as red... Orange is associated with healthy food & ... is the colour of fall & harvest." (from Colour Wheel Pro)
I'm all for keeping warm in the autumn & never one to turn down joy, sunshine or the tropics! However going all out orange can be a little much for most people. Sometimes, just adding an accent here & there is enough. Here are a few of my favourite pieces in pumpkin:
I like this West Elm armchair. Price is right at $499 US & the orange pillow perks up the neutral colour scheme.

If you wanted to up the orange ante on the pillow a little you could recover it in this Suzani fabric from Madeline Weinrib:

Check out this bedding from Jonathan Adler that design*sponge featured today:

And these orange chairs from Pottery Barn? I want to sit right down & enjoy those olives:
